VIBE SOLUTIONS GROUP ANNOUNCES ENHANCED VIDEO COMMUNICATIONS PLATFORM AT NCTA SHOW

Robust Video Platform Helps Broadband Providers, Reduce Churn, Generate Revenue

NEW ORLEANS, LA - (May 3rd, 2004) - Vibe Solutions Group, an OEM leader in affordable, high-quality video communications solutions, will showcase the Vibe Video Communications Platform during the National Cable & Telecommunications Association's annual convention, The National Show 2004 (Booth #1323) taking place in New Orleans, May 2-5. The Vibe Video Communications Platform will also be demonstrated in the Broadband Home booth at the show.

Combining the click-and-call simplicity of a telephone with instant messaging-like features and picture-sharing capabilities, Vibe Video Communications Platform allows users with a PC web cam and a broadband connection to communicate face-to-face, share pictures and overlay graphics from their PC with a few clicks. Vibe Solution Group's exhibit will include a demonstration of the company's suite of applications designed to help multiple system operators differentiate their broadband services, reduce customer churn and generate incremental revenue.

Vibe Solution Group will introduce its newest enhancements to the video platform suite that includes dynamic bandwidth for Vibe Phone, the live calling application module, and Vibe Mail, a video mail module that allows users to send video email with either custom greeting cards or digital photos. The Vibe Video Communications Platform offers cable broadband providers an entire suite of video services that can be customized and branded to their customers.
