Ted Briscoe

President and Chief Executive Officer

Ted Briscoe has extensive experience in building and managing fast-growth technology businesses. As president and CEO of Vibe Solutions Group, Briscoe is leading a management team that will revolutionize video communications over the Internet. He founded GlobalStreams in July 2000 and has grown it from a start-up to a company with such top-tier clients as Cisco, NFL Films and Prudential.

Prior to launching GlobalStreams, Briscoe was president and COO of Ask Jeeves. Under his leadership, Ask Jeeves grew from the 312th ranked Internet site to the 12th, and it became one of the most widely recognized Internet brands. Before joining Ask Jeeves, Briscoe was president of Iomega's Personal Storage Division. There, he was a member of the executive team that redefined the way technology products were developed and marketed. Briscoe was integral in leading the company from a $140 million business to a $2 billion industry leader.

Briscoe began his career in the early days of the personal computer era with over ten years of sales and marketing experience at Apple Computer and IBM. Briscoe is on the board of the National Center for Family Literacy. He has a bachelor's degree in economics from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri.
